# Summary Positive reviews highlight exceptional sales staff who provide personalized service, clear communication, and a pressure-free buying experience, with several long-term customers praising relationship-building and smooth transactions. Negative reviews cite significant issues with service quality, warranty problems, poor communication, vehicle defects, lack of management responsiveness, and failure to address customer complaints or provide adequate compensation.
Traded in my Q5 from here and overall it was a smooth experience. I definitely recommend working with Tara, who made the experience mellow and a lot less stressful than I expected. Communication with him was solid, and he explained things in a way that actually made sense. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated! Definitely recommend checking them out!!
I have been buying or leasing Audi's for about 13 years, and have had good experiences at Burlington. Nate is hands down the best. Unique situation and I wanted to change from a leased vehicle to owning one. Based on my description, Nate picked out an A5 that went from me thinking about multiple options for an A5, or possibly a Q5, to I am good! This IS the car. Also, when I texted Nate, his response was almost immediate. He really understands building relationships with customers. Also, the business manager was so easy to work with, which usually the part that gives one heartburn. Definitely not the case at Audi Burlington.
Sold me a useless warranty. Same as every other dealership it would seem. Anything to maximize their dollars. I already emailed the GM of the store. So if you could just reply there I’ve reached out prior to your message here. Been without my car for what will be a week because the warranty company you guys opt to sell wouldn’t okay the work during business hours this week. And they’re closed on Saturday…. A day when no one ever tries to service vehicles right? I would like a full refund for this joke of a warranty. $3800. Just found out on the phone speaking with Laura that the response below isn’t even from the GM as he’s out on medical leave. Which is a super nice touch to make this all seem like a friendly local dealer but in reality they’re just copy and pasting things on their Google review responses to seem that way. 🍻
Awful experience time after time! I’ll start with the good, Pedro was a delight to work with and made the buying experience pleasant. Now the bad. Was told by a phone agent the car would be at the showroom. Made an appointment and got there and the car was in their storage. Pedro was accommodating and drove us there so I could look at it. It was behind many cars so test driving was impossible. The car itself has been back to service 6 times now. The car is a brand new with less than 1000 miles Service does not listen and has washed my car multiple times after I tell them not to. My detailer has had to fix their mistakes and damages to the ceramic and ppf they cause Dealership has made no reasonable effort to compensate me for any of this. I’d say buy from them as I don’t blame them for the lemon but deal with a diff Audi for service and if there are issues start a claim with Audi right away and don’t give them the chance to waste your time and money As an update the GM did not respond to phone calls and took some time to jump in and comments. They are trying to charge me fees to cancel an extra warranty on a lemon vehicle and their team caused damaged which they will not reimburse me for the expenses to fix. Im disgusted with how they operate and will make sure all my future business, both personal and business, goes to another dealership not owned by the same parent co
I had a really disappointing experience with Audi Burlington overall. From start to finish, the communication and level of professionalism were extremely poor. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates, which shouldn’t be necessary as a customer. On top of that, the staff came across as dismissive and rude—from the initial scheduling call all the way through to my service advisor. To make matters worse, the loaner vehicle I was given had multiple service warnings, so I had to return and swap it out, adding even more inconvenience. I expected a much higher standard of customer care from a brand like Audi, but this experience fell far short. I wouldn’t recommend this location. After recently moving north of Boston, this was my first time trying the Burlington location for convenience, as I usually go to Audi Brookline. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. I ended up bringing my car to Audi Brookline last week, and the difference was significant—they completed the work within two days, and their communication and professionalism were excellent throughout. They also quoted me hundreds less for the axle joint repair than Burlington did, which reinforced my decision. I won’t be returning to the Burlington location and will continue making the commute to Audi Brookline, where the service is consistently reliable and top-notch.
