Not only was Noah a great salesperson who took special care of us. You can tell he wanted to work with us. The whole team there is great. It was our 6th time leasing an Audi but our first at this dealership. They really go above and beyond. The financing portion of the transaction was quick and easy without all the pushy sales tactics. I highly recommend this dealership!

In January, I brought my Audi in for a routine oil change and was assisted by Samantha Ayala. I do not want to go into every detail, but what should have been a simple service visit turned into a frustrating experience. I ended up waiting approximately 7 hours. When I later asked why the service had taken so long, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the excessive wait time, Samantha responded rather rudely by saying, “Actually, you only waited 4 hours.” Whether it was 4 hours or 7 hours, that is still an unreasonable amount of time for an oil change, and her dismissive attitude toward my concern was unacceptable. What makes the situation even worse is that after I emailed her about my complaint, she offered a 15% discount on my next service visit. However, when I returned to the dealership, no discount was provided and nobody seemed to know anything about it. The discount itself is not the issue. I am not asking for discounts. I am asking for honesty, professionalism, and respect for my time as a customer. Instead, I received poor communication, broken promises, and an attitude that made me feel like my concerns did not matter. This level of customer service is disappointing, especially from a premium brand like Audi. Customer experience should be a priority, and unfortunately, this dealership fell far below expectations.

I would highly recommend Audi of Calabasas. My mother and I have officially switched to their dealership and service department for all future service and purchase needs. Ruben from the service department was very helpful and on top of everything when it came to one of our Q4’s service needs. These are our first electric Audi’s so it was new for us when dealing with an issue with them but Ruben explained everything and got our car back to brand new and we couldn’t be happier.

Outstanding service here! This review is for Ruben Granados. From pulling up with my car to checking out, he went above and beyond. You can tell he is an A+ human, naturally. It wasn’t just his “job”. When it came to repairs I needed, he was never ever pushy about it. He made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. The icing on the cake? My son who has special needs wanted a car off one of his colleagues desks. My son had a bit of a meld down over it. Ruben casually took a fire truck of his own collection, and gifted it to my son. My son has not put that truck down for the past few days. It’s those little things that make such a huge impact to people, and show what an incredible person he is. Thanks Ruben!

It turned out to be a known issue related to an overly sensitive diagnostic software in the charging module—something Audi had already issued a service campaign for. Ruben in the service department handled it immediately and professionally. I was provided with a loaner vehicle, no questions asked, and my Q5 was ready and fixed the very next day.
