I have been shopping around for an Audi for a couple of years. I had a 2013 A4 Prestige, I loved it but traded it in for an SUV when my son got older and started sports. I have always loved the style of the Audi and the handling is always amazing. Fast forward to now and I was eyeing the e-tron GT. I test drove one with Phaulner Monroid, I loved it but it wasn't the color I wanted so he took note. About a month or two later, I stumbled on the Q8 e-tron Sportback! It's like a hybrid of an SUV and sport car in aesthetics. It drives like silk and handles like a dream. Hands down the best car buying experience we've ever had! We've used their service department for the last 7 years & they've earned our trust (shout out to Jessica) so we decided to see if the sales side had the same level of integrity. They absolutely do! Phaulner was amazing, patient, & VERY knowledgeable. Took his time to help us marrow down choices, making sure we were comfortable/happy every step of the way. The manager Aaron that was penciling our deal was friendly & honest coming back great prices out the gate. There was no BS, no inflated numbers, no games, just respect & honesty. Back in finance, same story. Raymond was awesome. Explained everything on every page, had already reduced the prices of the various warranty/add-on options, & was very pleasant to work & chat with. We spent almost the entire day there (we started off looking at 4 different vehicles so it took time) & never felt rushed. When my wife and I arrived he made us feel welcome and not pressured. He asked the right questions to determine my needs and the type of vehicle I was looking for. During the test drive of my 2026 Audi SQ5, he provided great feedback, which made it a good experience. And after I made the decision to purchase the vehicle, Edward took really good care of me. There was no stressful haggling and multiple conversations. Edward stated his case and I stated mine, then, very quickly we arrived at an agreed upon amount. I had an excellent experience purchasing a used 2024 Ford Raptor from Audi Chandler. Even though it wasn’t an Audi, the level of service was top-notch. The truck was in great condition and exactly as advertised. Alfredo was fantastic to work with! He was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth and straightforward and kept me informed every step of the way. Toddy in finance was equally great, explaining everything clearly and making the paperwork quick and stress-free. Overall, a first-class experience from start to finish.
