I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. Khern is my go-to person for all my service visits. He makes the process smooth and efficient. He really goes above and beyond to help you, making each visit better than last . Definitely recommend!

here’s a nice update: driving my car to the gym last night and the light comes back on, telling me what they just fixed & my coolant is empty! so you sent me on the road with a car that could overheat, l (waiting now until 9am when they open so i can go get it fixed again before a freaking wedding i have to attend today). WHICH I JUST PAID YOU TO FIX 3 HOURS AGO!!! i cannot be more livid. AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. took my 2018 Q5 here i just got (not from this dealership) but i got it 2 months ago, and brought it in for warranty work after a check engine light in my car came on. i trust my mechanic through and through, but they don't work with my warranty company, so audi it is. no shocker, they "found" a million things wrong with my car they recommended fixing- pricing? INSANE. $1300 for REAR BREAKS! $600 FOR A BATTERY!!! are they insane? i called my mechanic when i got these prices, asking if its fair, shocker, my mechanic can do my battery for $300, labor included. now i told them to do the warranty work and that's it- and the service advisor is giving me the whole story of how i must get this work done. can it. next- they don't give courtesy vehicles to anyone who doesn't have a 26 audi, or unless they bought their car at their dealership! what?? i had a 2011 infiniti and i had that repaired, everytime they put me in a courtesy vehicle (one time for almost 60 days!) while my car was repaired abd i didn't buy it from the dealership. the advisor said "i know what nissan does, i used to work there" ok?? so audi, being a luxury brand, can't also take care of their customers but you want me to drop $1300 on brakes and $600 on a battery. maybe some customer service would help. lastly, i asked the manager to call me since he was "so busy" he couldn't speak to me in person about getting a courtesy car- he never called. and when my car was done, advisor called 3x to let me know it was done and to come get it- i have a job where i can't answer the phone- so sorry im working the 3 times you called- goodness! lastly, our service advisor could clearly see how upset i was, in tears at the counter over trying to figure out how to get home now, pick my kids up, etc.. and he's telling me about his life and how great he is. read the room! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO AUDI!!!!!!

I purchased a 2026 Q7, Amy Serrano, my sales representative, was phenomenal!! I felt so comfortable dealing with Amy through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I also want to Thank her sales manager, Kathleen!! She and Amy both came in on their day off and stayed until my deal was done. Awesome teamwork and very considerate of time. I thank you both for an amazing experience for me with everything that was done.
