He took time out of his working hours just to show me what inventory was out there, and made sure I was comfortable enough to ask any questions. He was very patient, polite and even if I gave him a hard time because I didn’t like something he put his foot forward to make sure I was happy with the purchase I was making. I recently purchased my 2023 X3 M40 from Audi Denver this past December and could not more pleased with the service I received. I worked with Max. I had been looking for the 2023 X3 M40 for quite some time and they ended up having the vehicle. I’m in Ohio and the AI assistant told me the don’t do out of state deals so thought that was it but Max reached out and told me the definitely do. They sent me the out the door price, no dealer add on’s and bought the car. They hooked me up with Montway and had the car enclosed shipped to me. It was perfect. I love my Audi SQ8. I almost bought a BMW but the Audi was just that much more fun. Every time I drive my car I am appreciative of the quality engineering. I feel fast and competent on the road. Pretty much any maneuver that I want to execute I am able to do so. It's an SUV but it still hugs the corners. It's pretty much made for Colorado driving. Max at Audi Denver took the time to make sure I was happy with my decision. So far I have had one issue with the USB port breaking internally, that could be an issue to look out for. All-in-all I'm still excited about my purchase. I'm still an Audi girl but it has only been about 6 months. I guess time will tell how my relationship with Audi continues. I was sold on a comprehensive warranty and VIP service so I will see how things go. Always ready to update my review if something should drastically change.

Not being a fan of the car buying process, Denver Audi definitely presented a refreshing approach. Chris Pepper from sales and his associates were amazing. My trade in value and the purchase price of my new S3 was completely transparent and fair. Their no pressure approach and transparency was refreshing and very much appreciated. Don’t be intimidated because Denver Audi is a large dealership. The customer service from everyone here will impress you!
