I have an Audi dealership much closer to my home, but I choose to drive to Audi Fairfield because the service is consistently outstanding. The entire team goes above and beyond to make the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. Whenever I receive a loaner vehicle, they even help make sure my daughter’s belongings are transferred from my car, which is a level of customer care you don’t see very often. They also keep me informed throughout the entire service process, providing regular updates on the work being performed and realistic estimates for when my vehicle will be ready. The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers. Their attention to detail and exceptional customer service are the reasons I continue to make the trip to Fairfield.
