I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dealership. Marc was fantastic to work with—professional, honest, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Joe, the General Manager, was also wonderful, friendly, and helped make sure everything came together seamlessly. The level of customer service from the entire team was outstanding, and I never felt pressured at any point. Buying a car isn’t always the easiest process, but they made it enjoyable from start to finish. I absolutely love my new car and and am excited to be part of the Audi family. I’m happy to now be an Audi customer and look forward to working with this dealership in the future. As a first-time Audi customer, my experience with Audi Freehold has been outstanding. The dealership itself is impressive, and the entire purchasing process was smooth and professional. What truly stood out, though, was the level of care from the team. Rami Ayyash (Audi Brand Specialist) guided me through finding and ordering the exact vehicle I wanted, and John Lazzaro (Service Advisor) and the onsite technicians have been incredibly helpful in addressing several issues with the new PPC platform. Everyone else I’ve interacted with has been equally friendly, attentive, and supportive. Overall, Audi Freehold made my introduction to the Audi brand a great one.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I received red carpet treatment from my sales rep Remi & the rest of the team. I got a great deal on this beautiful 2023 A5. As a first time Audi buyer, I have to say it was a huge difference from previous car buying experiences. Big upgrade!

It took me some time to write this review because I have been so blown away with not only the truck , but the whole experience at this Audi! I have bought many vehicles , but this by far has been the best experience I have had. Steven was truly a gentleman and so patient with us! No one at this dealership is your typical sales person that is pushy and wanting to make a sale. Steven , George, Joe , Matt , Angelo and Ray - the best!!!! I went there one day just to look what they had because I wanted to trade my BMW X3 . I saw the SQ5 and fell in love!!! I went back the next day with my husband and was there for about 4 hours - not once did I feel pressure , pushy, or uncomfortable because we were taking our time. Steven was just amazing with helping us and explaining so much that we didn’t feel that we were there that long. At this point we didn’t even talk numbers at all - we left to talk it over and have the weekend to think about it . Monday we went back and decided to get my dream truck! Thank you again so much Steven and the guys ! You made this decision so easy and truly the best experience!

On Friday evening, of Memorial Day weekend, I drove home my Audi A5 with less than 10,000 miles on it. What a great experience from start to finish. First of all, the Dealership is beautiful with a great selection of cars. Second - the staff is amazing from the minute you walk in the door. We were assigned Rami Ayyash as our Audi Brand Specialist and we had a great experience with him. The car we initially wanted was sold by the time we got to the Dealer, , but less than a week later he called us with the perfect car. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Immediately after the test drive we sat down to purchase it and just like that, I had a beautiful new car. I would also like to mention Matthew the Product Specialist, Heather at Reception, and especially Rashad who stayed with me after the Dealership was officially closed, on a holiday weekend, to show me all the features of the car.
