I can’t even begin to tell you the unbelievable pleasure of an experience I had purchasing my pre owned Rivian R1T. Not only did they have the lowest price in the country, they also gave me beyond what I thought I was going to get for my wife’s Kia Sorento. Bottom line I told them what deal would work best for me and what I wanted to pay and they made it happen! Did I also forget to mention on top of this, I am 5 hours away in Ohio. Everything was done via email/over the phone, they not only made th deal work but didn’t have me sign anything until I got there. They trusted me as a man of my word and had the vehicle taken off the lot for a week just to wait for me to be ready to make the road trip to them. Even with all the planning the 5 hour drive had me getting there after hours. It was their suggestion that they would stay open an entire hour after hours just for me to arrive and pick up the truck. Seriously Gareth and the sales manager not only restored my faith in dealers but now have a future customer whenever I need my next car. I never bought anything out of state like this before but they made the effort, time, and patience with me to help guide me step by step. Just truly amazing people and I thank you. I love my truck!!!

My husband and I were out perusing and test driving some new to us vehicles in preparation for a potential upgrade. We were lucky enough to be able to speak with Brian while there browsing. Brian was friendly, easy to talk to, immensely knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. While I have yet to find my perfect car I will be happy to work with Brian when the time comes.

You always hear horror stories about car shopping and pushy tactics. My husband and I were finally in the market for a new vehicle and went into the dealership on guard, ready for the worst. I want to Thank everyone over at the Grand rapids Audi Dealership. They took care of my vehicle, while it was there. They also gave me an indepth Multi point Inspection, that gave me the necessary information on further repairs I should address.
