Audi Greensboro

I recently purchased a 2026 Audi RS6 from Audi Greensboro and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I dealt with Tristan online along with Angelo when I arrived at the dealership and they were both a pleasure to work with. I handled everything online, and they gave me fair pricing right from the start with no games or unnecessary back-and-forth. I drove down from New York to trade in my M3 and they had everything ready for me when I arrived which made the process incredibly smooth. They also helped coordinate getting the car shipped back to New York through a courier that I arranged which I really appreciated! What stood out most was how professional they were throughout the entire process. They were never pushy, and I genuinely enjoyed chatting with them for a few hours while I waited for my flight back to New York. A special thank you as well to Richard in Finance who also had everything prepared for me and made that part of the transaction completely seamless. Overall, this was a flawless buying experience, and I highly recommend Audi Greensboro. If I upgrade in the future, they will be the first dealer I contact.

It seems they have also improved their ERP systems, that now connects customers’ service plans & service history. The waiting lounge is also very comfortable & allows me to do my work while waiting for my car.

My wife and I were interested in a convertible and Audi-Gso had one - a nice one! We were greeted by Ahmad and had an extremely professional experience and although we decided on a different brand convertible we wanted to share his courteous and attentive (without being pushy). We highly recommend them for used or new vehicles. Also, the other staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The service that I get at Audi Greensboro is always superb. I could not ask for a better service advisor, Bobby is super great to work with! The technicians that work on my vehicle have been great as well. Much better service than I have received in the past for other high-end auto brands.
