Not one to write Google reviews, however Audi Halifax deserves this review. I’m the owner of my 2nd Q5 (2024). Overall I’m very happy with the product, service is great, and Sales do their magic to bring it all in at a fair price with a great interest rate. Now to my main point. When closing the deal on my 2024, I was asked if I wanted extra tire & rim protection. My 1st thought was to say no. However it was explained to me what it covers and more importantly replacement costs for 21 inch rims and tires. Changed my mind and purchased it. Fast forward to yesterday. Screw went into the sidewall of the tire. Non repairable, required replacement. Fully replaced under the warranty that I almost didn’t buy. Total $984.00, not paid by me. Totally worth it for me. Seriously listen and look at the extra warranty options when closing on a purchase, in the long run it’s worth the peace of mind.

A wonderful group at this location. The test driving process was seamless and Tony was very knowledgeable, helpful, and I appreciated his candidness about vehicle features. Tarissa was great to work with on the financial end of making a vehicle purchase. Would recommend this location to anybody.

Don't believe the reviews below. This dealership is the WORST I've ever experienced. Not even close. Unless you want to give them money you can forget about getting any meaningful information, service or response from them even for the simplest inquiries. The worst.

This team takes pride in their brand and it shows. I brought my Audi from Toronto and had it serviced here, I highly recommend it. They did a quality job removing the front plate bracket, even threw in some complimentary detailing. My car looked newer coming out of the shop than it did going in.
