I just bought the Audi Q3 from Kelowna Audi. I can't say enough about the honesty of the sales associate Tam Stafford, if she didn't have the answers to my questions she would ask her sales manager Jesse to make sure I got the correct answers. Jesse was honest and easy to work with. I needed and appreciated Tam"s follow up call a week later. Highly recommend

The guys at Audi Kelowna have taken such good care of me that I have purchased a couple vehicles from them even though I live in the Lower Mainland! Not only is it a beautiful drive to get there, once you're there it is even more wonderful. Ryan, Nick and their team took extremely great care of me and I look forward to buying from them again!

I bought an Audi etron sometime ago in Vancouver and unfortunately today in Kelowna I had an issue. Tim who it is not his responsibility in sales to take care of me and my family helped us out in a time where I felt very stressed. I feel so grateful for his kindness, customer service and patience. A real gift today and it will never be forgotten.

I am very scared in my brand new Audi SQ5 with less than 4000 km on it. The car is ‘refusing to go into park’ and check engine light is on! My car is currently being towed to Audi Kelowna. The dealership is telling me ‘we have no loaner car for two weeks!’ What do I do? Not have a car?! I have a job, I have appointments and I have children.. if I could give this place zero stars I would. This is unbelievable for the amount of money I pay, and you get less than ZERO service..this is beyond crap service. I would never recommend this dealership.. I have also opened a claim with Audi Canada because no one should have to be forced to pay for a car they are scared to drive!

We started dealing with Audi Kelowna in 2011 we had a 2008 Audi RS4 and we needed service. We met Clint in the service department, he is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and we were very pleased with our service experience. Clint is the connection that keeps us coming back to the Dealership, we have developed a strong friendship and working relationship together. In November 2025 our car needs had changed and we decided to trade the RS4 for an Audi Q5. I had been talking to Clint about this for some time, when we decided to make the change Clint introduced us to Tim in sales to help us out. Tim qualified what we were looking for, we went for a test drive and we decided to purchase the Q5 he recommended. Tim did an excellent job, he came in the next day, his day off, to put the deal together and negotiate on our behalf. He worked with Nick the sales manager to put together a reasonable trade in value and did all the paperwork for the purchase. We then talked about some additional options available to us. Tim introduced us to Jed who put together an extended warranty plan and a trim package to protect the car from rock chips. Everyone we dealt with worked hard on our behalf and did an excellent job to make our purchase a very good experience. Thank you to the staff at Audi Kelowna for helping us into our beautiful Audi Q5, you all went the extra mile for us! We feel like part of the Audi Kelowna family.
