As a former service advisor at a Ford dealership, I’m leaving this review because I am genuinely impressed with the experience I had with the repair on my vehicle. I was dealing with an emergency-type situation with my window (it was jammed/stuck in the down position). I stopped by KW Audi with no high hopes, honestly expecting that I would have to leave my car with them for a few days and get charged an arm and a leg for the repair! Well, on the contrary, I met with a service advisor (Stephan), and he was able to get my car into the shop immediately for diagnosis. I was expecting a flat-rate diagnostic fee, but instead I was quoted an hourly rate, and since the technician was able to diagnose the issue quickly, I was charged far less than I anticipated. That level of transparency and fairness really stood out to me. They were able to source the required part to fix my window the very next day, and the repair was completed quickly. Again, I received some discounts on part and labour due to the age of my vehicle, and this saved me even more money! These guys could have easily charged me much more for the diagnoses and repair, but didn't. Having worked behind the scenes in service myself, I know how many moving parts are involved. It’s not easy to make an experience feel smooth from the customer’s perspective. That’s why I very much appreciated just how seamless everything felt. From start to finish, the process was efficient and honest. I will definitely be back for any services or repairs I may need.
