The technician, James Trout, did an incredible job. They accurately diagnosed a torn upper control arm bushing issue and a faulty PCV/oil separator. Everything was replaced under warranty with a total balance of $0.00 out of pocket. Plus, they performed a proper 4-wheel alignment and successfully addressed a previous passenger side mirror calibration issue that another shop couldn't get right. The vehicle runs smoothly now, and the cold start engine idle is perfectly steady.
