Audi Langley

Brought my S3 in for a service. Staff were friendly and the work seems fine, but when I got my car back the average fuel consumption was sitting at 40.9 L/100km. They mentioned they did a test drive, which is standard, but that number makes it pretty clear it wasn’t a gentle one. Not what you expect at a luxury dealership. Disappointing

My experience with Navaaz was excellent. From the time I walked in the door he was very helpful and carefully listened to what I was looking for. Let me take the car with my wife for a test drive and carefully explained all the features of the car. I’ve been back since for service and each time I show up Navaaz always comes to see me or makes every effort to say hi. I had a terrible experience at Audi Langley. My appointment for Audi Q5 2024 was booked for 9:15 AM, yet I wasn’t attended to until 10:36 AM. That’s more than an hour of waiting, with no proper updates or respect for my time. For a premium brand, I expected professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy—none of which I experienced here. Completely unacceptable service. I left extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership.
