We had an amazing experience working with Bao! From start to finish he was professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and never made us feel rushed or pressured (no pressure in getting this or adding this). We met him on Thursday and Friday to make our decision and we had our keys on Tuesday very quick and efficient! Bao clearly explained the differences between financing and leasing, walked us through all the numbers, and made sure we understood every option before making a choice. From the test drive to signing the paperwork, everything was smooth and efficient. His honesty and transparency made everything simple and stress-free. When we picked up our car Bao patiently answered all our questions and showed us all the features in detail. He made sure we felt completely comfortable before we left. It’s rare to find someone who truly puts the customer first but BAO REALLY DOES!! Would highly recommend Bao to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and a trustworthy salesperson. I had found a used vehicle on FB marketplace that I wanted to purchase. I was communicating with the seller, who was selling it as an ‘accommodation’ deal for a client through the dealership. The seller’s name is Gabriel Beaulac, who also happens to be a Sales Manager at the dealership. I agreed to come see the vehicle and made arrangements to discuss first thing Monday, as I didn’t want to disturb his Sunday night. Between 10:00pm Sunday and Monday am, the Sales Manager sold the vehicle from under me after offering a deposit and making arrangements for payment. Totally unprofessional on a used car, I wonder what he would do for a sale on a new car?
