We had such a wonderful experience at Audi Meadowlands in Secaucus. The whole team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. A special thank you to Marilyn, who was so lovely, patient, and thorough when showing us the vehicle and explaining everything to us. She really took her time and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Neil was also very kind and helpful, and overall everyone we dealt with was genuinely nice and pleasant. You can really feel that they care about their customers. Also, a special shoutout to the sweet lady who made us the most beautiful coffee.
