He was hands-down, the most polite and professional person I have ever worked with when buying a car. Respectful knowledgeable and never pushy. The entire process was smooth fast and actually enjoyable. If you’re considering Audi ask for Michael, you will be in great hands!

The detail crew at Audi did an amazing job at getting the truck ready for sale. The salesman Rohit was approachable and down to earth. He was not pushy at all but contacted us just enough times to make sure that all our questions or concerns were met. Rohit was very knowledgable about the vehicle and car buying process and we felt as though we were able to get an excellent deal on the vehicle. The entire team at Audi of Melbourne treated us like royalty and showed appreciation for our business. We had a great experience buying our car here. The service was very polite and professional from start to finish. We came to test drive a pre-owned vehicle, and everything turned out great. Even though the car is a 2023 model, it is practically in new condition. The photos in the listing accurately showed the real condition of the vehicle. The waiting area at the dealership had almost everything you could need, including coffee, juices, water, and even ice cream. The whole process was quick and smooth: we signed the paperwork, traded in our old car, and drove away in our new one. Everything took about two hours.
