Loved my experience at Audi Middleburg Heights! Truly my best vehicle buying experience ever. Ervin was very kind, patient, and dedicated to helping get the vehicle I really wanted. Definitely not the typical car salesman approach. Plus, Zoe (the finance manager) was fantastic! Zero pressure to buy extra stuff but extremely knowledgeable about the best options for me. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family.

John was extremely helpful on my trade in and Bill was pleasant to deal with through the sales process. The service team was patient and respectful of my requests and took time with me and the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. Whitney in finance explained everything smoothly and got us in and out in a timely manner. The team delivered me a vehicle that will last with my growing family for decades to come! The facility is clean and beautiful. They do not waste your time and are extremely honest and straight forward which is so appreciated. My vehicle was even delivered to my work by Marty who was so pleasant to deal with. The team will really go above and beyond for you and roll out the red carpet. I can not recommend them enough! Great experience and staff. The salesman Ervin and finance officer Zoe were great to work with an extremely patient. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend the dealership and will definitely go back.
