# Summary The dealership consistently receives praise for its low-pressure sales environment, knowledgeable staff, and professional service advisors who prioritize customer transparency and satisfaction. However, one customer reported persistent vehicle defects and inadequate service resolutions over a 10-month period, citing poor communication and unmet expectations regarding quality detailing and warranty support.
Great experience with Audi Scottsdale. Made the viewing, testing and purchasing a new car easy and streamlined. Very efficient. Sales rep Matt Herst was excellent and was very responsive to all questions.
I recently purchased a 2017 white Lexus IS 200t from Audi North Scottsdale, and I can honestly say this was one of the most professional, low-stress car-buying experiences I’ve had. From the start, Wyatt Yates made the sales process refreshingly easy. There was zero pressure — no “hold your keys hostage,” no rotating managers, no pushing me into a decision. I test drove the car with Wyatt, we discussed numbers, and I walked out to think it over. No follow-up harassment, no games. When I came back ready, the deal was exactly as discussed. The trade-in value was higher than I expected, communication was clear, and everything was handled efficiently and respectfully, 25 min from walking in to keys in hand. Shortly after taking delivery, an issue came up as I was driving the car off the lot. To their credit, Wyatt didn’t hesitate for a second — they immediately took the car back, provided me with a loaner, and told me they’d make it right. No excuses, no deflection, no finger-pointing. On the service side, Jordan Korthals was exceptional. I’m an informed consumer and had a good idea of what the issue might be, and Jordan was completely transparent, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the diagnostic process. They not only fixed the original issue thoroughly, but also addressed an additional concern I didn’t even have time to notice yet, which speaks volumes about their integrity and attention to detail. Jordan is a true 5-star service advisor — professional, communicative, and trustworthy. What stood out most to me is how Audi North Scottsdale handled things when something didn’t go perfectly. Anyone can sell a car when everything goes right — it’s how a dealership responds when something goes wrong that matters. In this case, they exceeded expectations. I would absolutely buy from Audi North Scottsdale again and would confidently recommend them to friends and family. If you want a straightforward sales experience backed by a service team that stands behind what they sell, this is the place.
I’ve held off on writing a review, but after going through corporate, a lemon law attorney, the general manager, and still dealing with issues months later, I’m over it. This dealership, and honestly the brand as a whole, has completely dropped the ball. I’ve had my Q6 e-tron for 10 months. In that time, it’s been in service several times (mostly in the first 3–4 months) for serious issues — not one or two minor things. I’ve dealt with the car locking me out, charging malfunctions, emergency assist warnings, and ongoing electrical faults. I’ve sent documentation, photos, and recordings, and the dealership has had the car out of my possession for over 40 days total (non-consecutively). Still, I’m told “we can’t duplicate the issue,” while the shop foreman racks up test-drive miles trying to replicate it, only for the car to glitch again within days of getting it back. I’ve even tried to get the vehicle swapped out entirely due to all the issues, but was told Audi refuses to reimburse me for the vehicle’s depreciation, which by the way was nearly $30,000 in the first 3 months alone. This week was the final straw. I dropped the car off Monday for scheduled maintenance and recalls, and I also requested a full interior/exterior detail (which I paid $350 for). The tire touch-up was part of my lease add-ons and should’ve been handled at the same time. On Thursday, I was told the car was ready, so I drove 30 minutes to pick it up, and the tire hadn’t been touched. No one called to mention that before I came. The car wasn’t actually ready until Friday morning. The detail was also a letdown. Brake dust on all four tires. Water spots on the paint and mirrors. The driver side wasn’t vacuumed properly. I’ve had $100 mobile detailers do a better job. I paid for a premium service and got something careless and rushed. I’ve been patient. I’ve followed every channel. I’ve communicated clearly. But between the ongoing malfunctions, inconsistent turnaround times, the lack of accountability, and the fact that my car still doesn’t work properly on certain chargers, I’ve hit my limit. I just wanted a reliable vehicle and some level of support. Instead, I’ve been met with silence, delays, and excuses. To make things even more ridiculous, I’ve been told I need two new rear tires at only 8,000 miles on a brand new vehicle. I was told the weight of the battery wears them out faster and that this is “normal.” Funny how no one mentioned that at time of purchase. And Rodney, my salesperson? Couldn’t care less about any of this once the deal was closed. If you’re considering buying or leasing from here, especially an EV, think twice. The luxury treatment ends the moment you sign the paperwork.
I spent about three weeks car shopping and ended up visiting Audi because they had exactly what I was looking for. Out of five similar cars I considered, theirs stood out as the best in both price and condition—an easy 5/5 right from the start. Larry assisted me before I even arrived and continued to help once I was there. He made the whole process simple, answered all my (many!) questions with real expertise, and kept a great attitude throughout. The entire team was welcoming, and I appreciated the friendly, low-pressure environment. What really set this dealership apart was the lack of pushy sales tactics. After visiting three other dealers that same week, this was the only place where I felt comfortable. They presented options without pressure, which made a big difference. I’d highly recommend them - they have high standards and it shows, big time.
I had an excellent experience working with Gary at Audi Scottsdale. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Even though we purchased a Tesla, Gary made the experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all our questions, was very transparent, and made sure we were comfortable with every step. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend Gary to anyone looking for a vehicle. He provided top-notch service, and we really appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Thank you for making the process so easy!
