Great experience with everyone especially sales rep Brendin. I live in atlanta, georgia, and found an audi online, which was perfect. He was super helpful during the process, making sure it had all the options I needed. Highly recommend!

I just purchased my first foreign vehicle and made a big girl purchase and I couldn’t be more happier that it was with Audi Northlake. My sales person was Ben and he had SUPERIOR customer service. I told him I was interested in purchasing a car in August and he was readily and happily engaged but then it was no longer the right time for me and I told him that. But he remembered that I said I wanted a new car for Christmas. He followed up with me days before a Christmas and said I want to help give you what you want most. I appreciated that he was intentional and dedicated to helping me! He genuinely had my best interest at heart from start to finish and I love my new car. I’m grateful for the entire Audi Northlake team. From the moment I entered the dealership- I was greeted with smiles and great energy. When I posted me and my new car- I went viral on Threads and Instagram because everyone loved it. Ben helped me get something I wanted for a long time. I’m grateful. Thank you!

My overall treatment was great, nice and helpful staff, and the place itself is immaculate comparatively but I came in for a click and popping noise that has not always been there which is concerning. After diagnosis they "recommended" what they believed was the issue. Being that I am not an ASE certified mechanic I had them do the recommended work. After paying an almost $3,000 of an over $4,500 bill, halfway home I realized their recommendations did not alleviate the issue. So I returned and the vehicle was inspected again and returned to with the same clicking and popping that I Originally brought it there for. I was informed that the noise was coming from the pads on the $3,700 brake job that Audi of Northlake preformed not even 6 months ago. Which to me seams like something that can be taken care of. But instead I was assured it is nothing to worry about and sent on my merry way.. So was I satisfied with not getting the original issue taken care of, or the feeling of being upcharged for services I may not have even needed. Or maybe Audi of Northlake dodging the cost of replacing pads which they installed that should still be under warranty.. I think not! Can't give negative stars cause not everyone deserves but "Lucy you got some splaining to do".

I just purchased a vehicle from Hendrick Audi and had a great experience working with Raymond. Since most of the deal was handled over the phone, I really appreciated how communicative he was and how he kept me updated throughout the process. When I traveled in to finalize the purchase, everything was exactly as discussed. Ray took the time to go over the details, and the entire process was smooth and seamless. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but this the easiest car-buying experiences I've had.
