# Summary The dealership receives mixed feedback, with some customers praising the sales team's professionalism, helpfulness, and ability to secure good financing rates. However, multiple customers report significant concerns including aggressive upselling of expensive add-on services, delayed financing processes with unclear communication, and misleading practices in the service department regarding contract terms.

Great experience with the whole team at Audi in Oakland. This is my 4th Audi and my first purchase at the Oakland store. Everyone was so helpful and I asked for no chit chat, just business and that’s what I got. No unnecessary conversation, which I appreciated.

I’m not one to write reviews but this was such an insanely frustrating experience- I was interested in the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which is listed at a good to be true price with good mileage. The process was initiated with Ashley who gave us a pre approval rate through global lending. Went into the dealership because I was ready to purchase the vehicle, Ashley handed us off to Skyler bc she was busy with another client. After providing all my info to Skyler he told us since it was a Sunday, I would not be able to get approved since banks are closed. I went home and followed up the next day(Monday), Skyler was off and was now handed to Leo to continue the process. Leo requested my information all over again and “submitted” the application to the bank, Leo kept telling me throughout the day that they had not received word from the bank. Today (Tuesday) they keep saying they still do not have word from “the bank”. Every time I asked what bank they were going through, they never answered the question. I thought this whole time we were waiting on global lending for final approval since Ashley previously mentioned they just needed to verify my paystubs and references and maybe the process was just taking longer than usual even though I’ve never experienced a bank taking more than a day to approve. Something ended up not adding up, I had applied to other dealerships and got approved same day. So I called global lending to see if I was approved or if my application was even submitted and they said I was 100% approved and was just waiting on Audi to do the contract. I’m not sure what kind of scam or games they’re trying to run, the car has been listed for over 60 days on Cargurus so you would think they would be in a hurry to sell it when someone is interested.

Extremely pushy to add services to car sales. They wanted to add almost $10k to a $18k car. Said some services were mandatory because it had already been applied to the vehicle (without my consent). Sales team is good though, they were attentive and got me good financing rates. If you're willing to double your cost you might be happy with them

Pick a title: 1. More Sorry than Angry 2. Run and keep on running... 3. I should have done my Yelp! Homework It appears the team associated with the service department is engaged in unscrupulous business practices. After being too busy to accept or respond to their calls and texts half a dozen times over a period of a month this past December. The team finally got a hold of me and indicated that my AudiCare had one oil service left in my contract. I asked the call center/service advisor "Are you sure I have one left in my package", they insisted yes and there would be no cost to me so I booked an appointment. See attached text message as evidence of this. After showing up for the booked appointment at 8.00am, I was informed that there are no oil changes left on my AudiCare contract and an oil change and inspection would be $400. I am not so upset at the cost, but the fact that it was purely a LIE to get me in. The service writer, Jaime apologized and was sympathetic but said his hands were tied and inquired if I still want the service, naturally I declined. He was kind enough to give me the business card of the service manager...its all part of the show. I am more sorry than angry that this dealership/service center chooses to engage in business this way. I feel bad for the other customers that be lured in this way. This is very unfortunate, as the sales experience was excellent a few years back. Too bad these guys ruined it...go anywhere else and pay a little more!
