Audi of Huntington

I’ve been to multiple Audi services centers in the Tri-state, and my recent visit at the Huntington location was an absolutely exceptional experience. I recently moved nearby and this is currently the closet service center to me, and I am so glad about that. Jeanine was my service advisor, and she was amazing to work with from the moment I called in to schedule the appointment, until the moment I picked up the car. I was expecting to be without my car for a much longer duration, but Jeanine was able to squeeze me in and get me out within the same week. She definitely enjoys her job, and I will be returning to her moving forward because of her attitude and professionalism. Even the greeter, Lee, was amazing. He’s an upbeat guy who also enjoys what he does, so I am glad they have him as the face of the service center. 10 star experience for me!

I brought my car in today for 3 year service. I worked with Jeanine and she was awesome. Friendly, explained everything that would done and also explained about the tire purchase program including a warranty that I did not know about. She was funny and even got my Billy Madison joke. I appreciate the friendly service. Thanks Jeanine!

We had a great experience with Audi Huntington car service. Jenna was warm, attentive, and very professional. She took the time to listen and clearly explain everything, making us feel comfortable—almost like discussing our car with family. We truly trust her Thank's Jenna for the excellent service!

I will say that my 1st experience was not the greatest and it appears there has been a changing of the guard. This is my 2nd time here and it has been night and day. I had a great experience with the Service Department here this time around. Upon arrival you are happily greeted by the team in the garage. Then brought into the service center where I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeanine. She walked me through the service I needed and I had even added an inspection to the service. I was out in a timely fashion, felt taken care of and I was off on the road again. We also discussed my next 20K service included with the service package I had purchased with my car. It is worth noting that I did not purchase my car from here (due to car / specs) not available at the time and needed a car quickly at the moment. Despite not purchasing my car from Audi Huntington I was still treated like I did. I will continue to go to this service center for my cars needs. See you again @ 20k.

I just drove 600 miles round trip from Syracuse, NY, to purchase a low-mileage Certified pre-owned 2025 Q5, in part, because I found the salesperson Shakir (AKA "Shack") to be honest, forthright, and ultimately a highly competent deal-maker. I spoke telephonically to Shack at length yesterday to ensure the vehicle that interested me was truly a creampuff prior to heading south with my trade-in. I found Shack to possess a pleasant demeanor and uber bedside manner, making my trip worthwhile and the overall experience rewarding. I probably passed a dozen Audi dealerships on my trip to patronize Huntington Audi, and would gladly do it again!
