Just got a new car from Jack Daniels Audi and I couldn’t be happier with the process. From the start sales manager Chris Cerda made it very easy. He communicated clearly, was easy to work with and met my expectations on pricing and timing. At no point did I feel pressured or that the dealer was trying to give me something I didn’t want. Once we had a deal, getting the car was a breeze and everyone from sales and finance was friendly and professional.
