Everything was transparent, especially the pricing—no hidden fees or last-minute changes, which I truly appreciate because I’ve had bad experiences at other dealerships where the final price kept going up with extra charges. Mitchell was professional, experienced, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His assistant Sonia was also very friendly and helpful. This was the smoothest experience. I was a bit apprehensive about making such a major purchase from out of state, but Sonja was incredible. She provided me with a detailed video of the vehicle and answered all of my questions before I flew to Plano. Omar and the finance team had all of the financing done in advance, so I spent minimal time doing paperwork. Including a test drive, I spent less than two hours in the dealership, and was back on the road. Would definitely do business with Sonja and the Audi Plano team again. They handed Destiny to me at Audi Plano and she did all the leg work to find me my Ascari Blue B10 S5, and it was all an awesome experience. I Had a great experience at Audi Plano. Walked in to test drive a Volkswagen ID.4 and ended up driving it home. The price was exactly as advertised, no bargaining or hassle, just fair and straightforward. Ely Espinoza was very helpful and even followed up after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied. Harman in finance was great as well—found the best deal and made the process easy. Overall, a very positive buying experience.
