Had a great experience at this Audi dealer. Wasn't expecting to get a vehicle yet but I had my eye on the new Q3, fully loaded in Sage Green. I made an offer and they agreed. No games or back and forth. Very professional and to the point negotiations. Sales rep JT was very helpful and got me in a new car same day. I genuinely felt like they care about their customers and retaining a good Audi experience.

Working with Jay was an absolute dream from start to finish. He's hands down the best salesperson I've ever encountered – no exaggeration! What I really appreciated was how straightforward and transparent everything was. There was zero pressure or any of that typical sales 'fluff'; he just got straight to the point and made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Beyond his no-nonsense approach, Jay's professionalism and knowledge about the vehicle were truly outstanding. He knew every single detail, big or small, which made us feel incredibly confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. I personally experienced the same as the comment from Stella. Years ago I purchased two cars from this dealer. The customer service at the service department was Amazing. (Was) There were two Asian people at the front service desk and I don't remember their names, but there were totally Professionals. I had an issue with my Q8 and I brought the car to them on Wednesday morning, I called on Friday MULTIPLE times to find out the status of my car and No One returned my phone calls. Totally unprofessional. I ended up going there on Saturday afternoon and taking my car out of their shop. Nothing was done to the car for 3 full days. Why?? I also read a complaint comment about the lady at the service desk. I kind of experienced the same. I don't think I will go to this dealer anymore. Either Great neck Audi or Audi of New Rochelle. I had to write a great review about this dealership because of the service I received working with their sales rep, Eric Cheung. I inquired about trading in my old Honda on Tuesday and was able to drive out with a new Audi on Thursday. With a quick turn around time, Eric, along with Dallas, were able to make the transaction seamless! Thank you again for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this place!

I had a disappointing experience with Audi Queens on the used car side. After buying the car, my mechanic found that one of the front wheels was missing a lug bolt, which is a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. I also never received the touch-up paint pen that was promised, and the car had more cosmetic issues than expected. On top of that, the price of the vehicle was raised from $30,999 to $31,999, and I was presented with out-the-door paperwork that appeared to include double tax. Overall, the process felt sloppy and not at the level I would expect from an Audi dealership. I would recommend that anyone considering a used car here inspect the vehicle very carefully and review all paperwork closely.
