Audi of Richmond was waiting for me and took me in promptly. They completed the items I requested to be done and performed an inspection with recommendations on additional items that I might consider having done. I will be rescheduling to have those done. The service advisor was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Everyone at the dealership makes you feel welcome. Great job!

Audi of Richmond has, by far, the best service department that I’ve experienced in my 66 years of life. Their professionalism is unmatched. They are warm, courteous, and knowledgeable. They take time to listen and understand what the customer desires. they will also make recommendations that will make your vehicle work to perfection, but they do not lie or pressure you into getting something that you don’t need! The reception area is always clean, neat and even smells good! The restrooms always tidy. They have Coffee, tea, and snacks for their guest. The customer service representatives are amazing and the service manager is phenomenal. No matter what type of vehicle do you have, you should go to Audi of Richmond to at least get it checked out and you will never be the same!

Audi Richmond went above and beyond fixing the issue with my q5. I was quoted a 6 week repair from Audi Arlington with no loaner available. Not only did Richmond get the repair done in 4 days, they provided a loaner incase it was to take a little longer. Their professionalism was top-notch and I will bring my vehicle here from now on.

As always, had a great experience with Chris Alston in the service department. He constantly has a smile on his face and is ready to listen and to help. And, my hat goes off to Aaron Carter in the service department, as well. On the morning I brought my car in, Chris was unavailable, so Aaron helped me out. Just like Chris, he was more than willing to listen to my issues with the car and provided me with excellent service.
