I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Rochester and had a great experience from start to finish. Pat Kelly was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. Since I was buying the vehicle from out of state, communication was especially important, and Pat was always quick to respond, kept me updated, and made sure my questions were answered. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. He was patient, straightforward, and easy to work with. Demetrius Johnson in finance was just as helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the paperwork process simple and efficient. I’d also like to recognize Sales Manager Stephan Hlavka. It’s clear that he has built a team that values customer service and treats people the right way. What stood out most about Audi Rochester was the professionalism and communication from everyone involved. Buying a vehicle from several states away can be stressful, but the team made the process smooth and gave me confidence every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Audi Rochester to anyone looking for an Audi, especially if you’re considering an out-of-state purchase. They were professional, patient, easy to work with, and provided the kind of customer service that is hard to find these days.
