I no longer own an Audi due to utilizing service in Syracuse. But my sister still has one. The staff were super friendly. Chris didn’t pass us by, but made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Offered refreshments and kid friendly entertainment by two members of the team. Arrived over 30 minutes early, yet taken right in. Finished service swiftly and we were on our way. Glad a relationship was established with Audi Rochester, may be returning to being an Audi owner again knowing good service and support is available for the brand here. Truly a high end experience to match the Audi experience. Thank you for taking care of my sister.
Great vehicle and great sales experience with Zach. Cross shopped against the usual suspects - Lexus , Lincoln , Volvo, BMW etc…. This was the best experience from sales staff both with patient followup (not too much but not being ignored ) and aggressive pricing without having to play back and forth sales games . Really happy with a great SUV at an excellent value
I had such a great experience buying my car here! They got me an awesome deal and made the whole process super easy. My salesperson was really knowledgeable, funny, and just made it a fun experience overall (not bad on the eyes either). He always picks up when I have questions, which I really appreciate. The service department has been great too — super helpful and friendly. I seriously love my car and couldn’t be happier!
Exceptional service! My personal Service Advisor Zach. Text me a day and advance to remind of my schedule service appointment. Met him first thing in the AM. Had no problem pulling around a new loaner vehicle for me. Had a pre inspection video of my car with in a hour of dropping off. Recived another call when it was done. Very professional as always.
Kara was wonderful! Definitely the best car buying experience we’ve had. Worked to get us the best deal, was timely, organized. Everyone was wonderful from the financing (got a better rate than asked for!) and the tech guy (Ricardo was great). Thank you!
