Audi Salt Lake City

We appreciate the professionalism that Manny (sales) and Jesse (finance) showed us during this unique, long-distance buying process. Their response time, creativity, knowledge of the Audi product, and eagerness to locate what I was looking for were first class! Spencer (GM) showed teamwork and leadership by updating us on the timeline for signing when Jesse got busy. Jack (technologist) was patient and thorough during his ‘class on getting to know your Audi.' Christian (delivery driver) was professional and careful unloading my car. He even took his shoes off before getting into the car! Our story (summarized): I live in Billings, MT and was familiar with what I was looking for by using the ‘build’ option on the Audi website. I contacted six dealerships in an area bounded by Minneapolis, Colorado Springs, and the Tri-Cities. The few who responded were surprised that Audi Salt Lake City had found the car I desired so quickly (or even pursued the search, knowing how difficult it would be because the A8L would not be built after this year.) We ended up with a very fair price, our desired color and options, PLUS a bonus that the Audi ‘build’ website didn’t offer (Comfort Rear Seat package.) My 2026 A8L was delivered in an enclosed trailer by an employee of Audi SLC. See picture of the classy, Audi-emblazoned trailer. It looked like it was from a professional racing team! Our conversations (summarized): Thursday, April 23: 4:20 p.m. – Initial phone call to Audi, SLC. Visited with Manuel (“Manny”). 4:50 – I sent Manny the ‘build’ from Audi’s website that I was looking for. 5:18 – Manny: “Here is the window sticker of the A8L that I can try to get for you right now.” [Note: They located the car at a dealership in Georgia!] 6:57 – Jesse: “Hi Jim, this is Jesse, one of the managers at Audi SLC. This price is us discounting the car, minus rebates and us paying for shipping. Please let us know if this works.” 7:00 – Manny: “What do you think of the deal we sent you?” 7:18 – Me: “I am very interested in this and will discuss with my wife this evening.” Friday, April 24: 9:09 a.m. – Me to Manny and Jesse: “I just got the green light from my wife to buy this.” 2:34 – Me to Manny: The wire for the downpayment went out at 2:19 this afternoon. Saturday, April 25: 1:12 p.m. – Spencer Webb, GM: “Good afternoon, Jim and Karen. We will have Jesse Malan complete the paperwork via Docusign with you. Because he is the only Finance Manager here today, it will be just after 3:30 when he becomes available. We will reach out before sending the electronic package and walk you through it. Congratulations on your new Audi!” 6:15 – Jesse called after emailing the paperwork via Docusign. Everything went smoothly. Monday, April 27: 9:53 a.m. – Me to Jesse: The wire for $XXX [balance of purchase price] has been sent. Friday, May 1: 4:54 p.m. – Christian: “Hi Jim. This is Christian with Audi of SLC. My ETA is 7:30." 7:02 – Christian: “So sorry, Jim. My new ETA is 7:40. See you soon!” [Arrived at 7:38] Saturday, May 2: 10:22 a.m. – Manny walked me through setting up user and other registration details. “I will have Jack Robertson, our Audi Technologist, call you next Tuesday to go over all the electronic options with you.” [Manny knew I had an A6 with similar features and confirmed that waiting this long was okay.] Tuesday, May 5: 2:34 p.m. – Jack went over all of the features, confirmed that everything was working and that I was satisfied. 2:51 – Jesse: “Hi Jim, this is Jesse at Audi SLC. I wanted to check in and make sure you have had all your questions answered. If not, please let me know. Thanks!” Wednesday, May 6: 8 a.m. – Manny: “Hi Jim. I wanted to make sure that Jack got you taken care of and all of your questions have been answered.” In conclusion: I am very happy with the entire TEAM at Audi Salt Lake City. A special THANK YOU to Manuel "Manny" Gonzalez for taking the initiative to utilize all resources and think outside the box to make things happen! I had a great experience working with Cameron at Audi Salt Lake City. Being this is first experience with an electric car purchase, I had allot of concerns, and I was also trying to shift from a BMW x6, which was tough but is working out perfectly!! Cameron made the car-buying process smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed me, answered all of my questions clearly. My experience with Audi-SLC was incredible. Landon made the purchase super easy which was exactly what I wanted. He even went above and beyond, picking me up from the airport on his day off to help me get our new car. His passion for the brand is amazing and makes me proud to be part of the Audi family. I live 5 hrs away in Boise but will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle there as well.

Sales staff were amazing. Landon Cook sat with me and explained the features of the car and app in great detail. I felt like I was in a room full of friends. Having interest in an Audi S4 Premium Plus I called Audi of Salt Lake and spoke with John, inquired on the availability of the car I was looking at on the website, he messaged me back and let me know that the car was available and if I wanted to come down he would bring it up to the main building so I could view it, On arrival he offered a test drive of the car which I accepted. Coming from an A5 Premium Plus the. S4 was more in alignment with my preferences for the size of the car, more nimble, and certainly more than enough power, I was sold. John made the entire process easy and seamless, I think after deciding I wanted the car it took less than 2 hours until I was driving away in my new S4. The thing that really stood out to me is I went to Carmax as that is where I purchased my A5 and John said he would match their offer to make everything simpler for me, and he did. Even though when they pulled a current offer from Carmax it was less than the offer I had in hand. I never felt pressured, the trip through financing was a breeze, they showed me all my options, and gave me a great deal on a policy for wear items, when new brakes cost just shy of 4k you tend to consider coverage! I couldn’t have asked for a better purchasing experience and now I am on my second Audi, I think I am an Audi guy moving forward, I highly recommend Audi of Salt Lake for your new and used Audi needs.
