Audi Santa Monica

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our first Audi from Audi Santa Monica! The sales and finance team made the process easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. A special thank you to Kyle, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable in our new little beauty. He took the time to walk me through all of the features, answer every question, and make sure I knew how everything worked before driving off the lot. We couldn't be happier with our new Audi and the outstanding customer service we received. If you're considering an Audi, I highly recommend Audi Santa Monica and their amazing team!

I somewhat recently bought a new 2026 Mythos Black Audi RS3, and had a fantastic buying experience at Audi of Santa Monica. For the record, I'm not a de facto Audi fanboy given this was my first ever Audi purchase, and I will definitely be coming back to the brand (and to this dealership) given how seamless the process was. I absolutely LOVE my RS3 as it has nearly all the performance of the BMW M2 except it's far more practical with 4 doors, useable backseats, and a decent size trunk. As the father of a 4 year old, I greatly appreciate the two faced nature of the car (a beast on back roads, but calm and luxurious when motoring around town with the family). Claude Dauman was the salesperson who assisted me throughout the buying process, and he was amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend working with him if you're interested in buying a new Audi. He was NOT like the typical high pressure salesperson who jumps on you the moment you walk through the showroom doors. He presents more so as someone who is merely knowledgeable and passionate about the cars and the brand. He never once pressured me about buying the car; he basically let the car sell itself (which it did). It's also worth noting that Audi Santa Monica was very fair in their pricing and didn't try to charge me a ridiculous $25K ADM (like other dealerships I've dealt with in the past). Claude thoroughly answered all my detailed questions and even gave me his personal cell number in case any issues come up. Lastly, Claude gave me a thorough walkthrough of all the car's tech and helped me calibrate all the car's settings to my liking before I even drove off the lot. Cheers Claude, well done!

My experience at Audi of Santa Monica was extremely disappointing. The finance manager, Karim, was pushy, rude, and completely unprofessional. He refused to take “no” for an answer, pressured us into options, and after we signed, he turned around and started making copy—no handshake, no congratulations, nothing. I’ve bought or leased cars eight times, and I’ve never dealt with someone so disrespectful. The sales representative, also lacked proper communication. He promised two car chains for free, but Karim later denied it. We submitted credit info online to speed things up, yet they brought the wrong car for the test drive. The deal took four hours, the car was not washed properly and not polished, and our contract included a protective floor mat, which we had to wait one hour for. When we returned, the mats were from 2012 and didn’t fit our 2025 A6. Kevin, the manager, said we must wait for new A6s. I am contacting the Audi headquarters and DMV to get the mats delivered as promised. It’s clear that the sales reps do not enjoy working there, often on break or lunch. The only exception was Kyle, who was attentive and enthusiastic—but he wasn’t there for our second visit. I would not recommend Audi of Santa Monica to anyone looking for a smooth, professional car-buying experience.

This was, hands down, my most enjoyable car buying experience, largely due to the salesperson I worked with, Kyle. He was highly knowledgeable about Audi, strong communicator, rational when it came to price negotiations and most importantly very personable. All of the negative connotations that you have with car-buying experiences and car salesmen were furthest from reality. I couldn't say this about any of the other 7 car purchases I've made in my lifetime. I am thrilled with the vehicle I purchased, and will be back to Audi Santa Monica (and Kyle)

The most professional car buying experience I've had thus far. I purchased from out of state. Finance manager Russ was transparent & made magic happen. Sales guy Munuwell was extremely responsive, knowledgeable & made things happen very efficiently. I'll definitely be doing business here again.
