I drove an hour and half to see a car they had in stock. I dealt with Fabien Trepanier who was extremely good and patient with me, I had a lot of questions and I am very detailed focused. He took really good care to start by building a good trust relationship before we began talking business. I appreciated this attention as it made it feel less rushed and more humane. Also this was my very first Audi. They delivered the car 4 days later after my purchase, on a Wednesday. The downside is that on my way back, I noticed the car had an issue, the Audi virtual cockpit kept restarting. That issue wasn't showing up on the error codes of the car computer logs unfortunately, so they couldn't have caught it during the inspection. I also read online this issue was common for models manufactured before May 2021. Which was the case for mine. After calling them back they apologized for the trouble and offered to send a driver to my house (1h30 away) on the next Monday to swap my car with a loaner so they could investigate further. Jean-Philippe, their service director took good care of my situation and kept me in the loop of what was going on. In the end, they fixed my issue and provided a free maintenance along with complimentary gifts for the trouble. I recommend anyone who reads this to take the time and pay them a visit. Excellent customer service experience.

Bought 2022 audi etron sportback out of province from Alberta. Laurent (sales) was good and easy to work with. He was honest of the car flaws like minor scratches and chips on the wheels. He filmed the car exterior and interior. Answered all my questions. Sorry for all questions Laurent. I recommend Laurent. To seal the deal, Annie Bégin, finance director, worked with me. If you work with her out of province, be patient. She is quite a busy person. She is fantastic and knowledgeable. I got a good rate because of the CPO. I needed a car asap transported, she tried her best to get all paperwork done with me span of 3 days. She went above and beyond and called me after hours that paperwork was good so i can mail it back asap. Overall although their native language is french, communication with them in English was good. Thank you Laurent and Annie! Hope to work with you again in the near future.

I just want to leave this wonderful review here I recently bought and Audi 2024 don’t really understand the car yet or things you need to do to make it work properly anyways each time i came with the car here they always attended to me fast and fixed my issues very fast even without appointments i just want to say i am grateful and may GOD bless this dealership
