Huge thank you to Southgate Audi for making my mom’s first luxury vehicle purchase so special. The entire process felt authentic and thoughtful. He took the time to make sure my mom fully understood her purchase, answered every question thoughtfully, and helped her find the perfect vehicle for her needs. You could tell he genuinely wanted her to feel confident and happy with her decision. And thank you to Rob in finance. He treated my mom with the same care and respect you’d want someone to show your own family, and that meant a lot to us. You can tell the genuine care starts from the top and carries through the entire team. You didn’t just sell a vehicle, you created customers for life. My mom and I are both so grateful for the experience.

Updated Feb 28th: There was some ups and downs since my initial post the car that I was supposed to get couldn’t be delivered due to software issues. But in the interim, Harry found solutions That was satisfactory to both him and us. We finally received the car on January 15, 2026. But after about a day or two, the vehicle started showing signs of software issues and had to be brought back For a software update again. Reason why I’m only updating now is the car is fully operational with no issues. Everything has been resolved and during all this ups and downs, these issues that were persisting Harry was still very helpful in making the situation better and found solutions to assist with the concerns that we had and I could not thank him enough. The professionalism that Harry displayed represents what a great dealership Southgate Audi is and making my first luxury car purchase Much more enjoyable I’ll be at there was issues with none of them from Harry or Southgate Audi, but both Hari and Southgate Audi did their best to make this transaction. The best it could be.
