Audi Spokane

I recently brought my Audi to the Spokane Audi dealership for a more involved maintenance service and a new set of tires, and once again the experience confirmed why I continue to come back. The service advisor checked me in quickly and made the entire process easy from the start. Communication throughout the service was excellent. I received photos showing the progress of the work, which gave me confidence in what was being done and kept me informed along the way. The technician also took the extra step of addressing loose sensors on the rear bumper based on a technical bulletin, which I appreciated. It’s the kind of attention to detail that shows the team is really paying close attention to the vehicle and not just completing the basic work order. They also honored a price match on the tires, which I thought was a great example of customer service and fairness. I actually pass a closer dealership to come to this one, but the consistent quality of service makes it worth the trip. The team has always been professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Experiences like this are exactly why I purchased my vehicle here and continue to have it serviced here. Highly recommended.

After having a bad experience at the Bozeman Audi dealership we decided to try a service with Spokane Audi and it has been a night and day difference. Scheduling online was easy, everyone in the service department was friendly and helpful, and they were able to offer us a same day repair service (Sorry to the service tech for probably ruining their Monday!). Josh in the service department kept us well informed throughout our visit. While we were there we also explored sales options with salesman Michael Hagan who was very welcoming to us. While we didn't end up buying a vehicle this visit, he put in a lot of leg work to help us get an idea of what we will be looking for in our next vehicle which we will likely be returning to Spokane Audi for in the future. We really appreciate everyone's help and time given while we were there.

Booked my 2009 Audi A5 in for service. Injectors, battery, oil change, carbon cleaning, valve cover gaskets among other things. Had Joshua as service advisor, Brendan as my Audi Tech, and Thomas for shuttle service. All three of them did a phenomenal job. Joshua was very communicative giving periodic updates, Brendan was very knowledgeable and professional even sending a video with how the progress was going, he Knew exactly what my car needed and I didn’t once feel the need to explain anything as to how I wanted things completed as I have had this car since new and I am very OCD with it. Felt complete trust in Brendan and Joshua to get everything done that I had asked for. Thomas was great for the shuttle service getting me home when I dropped the car off and picking me up in Idaho when car was competed. Very communicative with a simple text message letting me know he was on the way and never once did I feel I was in the dark on anything throughout this whole process. Great job Audi of Spokane. Will be bringing my car here again when the time comes. Thanks guys!

KYLE KAMINSKAS was my service representative and did an amazing job. He made sure all my concerns regarding the servicing of my car were addressed. I flew out of town for a couple of days and left my vehicle with Audi Spokane. Due to flight delays I wasn’t able to pick up my vehicle before the dealership closed. Kyle, met me after work hours to ensure I was able to pick up my car for the work week. He went above and beyond and I truly appreciated it.

Been here twice for service on my son’s Audi. Really disappointed in both experiences. First appointment was coming in for an oil change. They said the car needed an alignment also. They said we could wait and someone would come out and let us know if they could get to it right away or if we should drop it off and come back. We sat 45 mins in the inside waiting room and no one came to check in. I finally went over to the service desk where there were 5 service writers and technicians all laughing and just talking to each other. The car was still sitting inside the garage and had not even been moved. When I finally got someone’s attention they told us to come back. When we picked up the car the alignment was really bad. The steering wheel was a good 45 degrees to the right. It was much worse than when we brought it in. Ended up having to bring the car back. Second appointment was today again for an oil change. Technician came back with recommendations. One was for a Battery adapter cost 195. I called the service writer to ask about this charge. I was questioning why it was so much. He seemed to get frustrated at me and then said he’d go talk to the technician. When I got a call back said charge was almost double what it was supposed to be and should have been 100. I came in with my son to pick up the car and a lady started helping me. She then tried to direct me to the service writer that I had talked to. They started arguing back and forth about both of them being too busy to help me. Finally the male service writer begrudgingly helped me. My experiences summed up 1. Messed up alignment 2. Overcharging 3. Terrible customer service 4. Name spelt wrong (McDee). Should be McGee
