We can’t say enough good things about our experience. What started as a stressful situation quickly turned into something much more positive thanks to the incredible team here. Our throttle body broke down about 7.5 hours from home, and we were in a tough spot. From the moment we called, Jacob jumped in to help right away. He went above and beyond by assisting us in getting the part overnighted and making sure we had a plan moving forward. Although transportation delays kept us there three days longer than expected, Jacob and the rest of the staff made an overwhelming difference. They treated us like family, checking in on us, making sure we were comfortable, and doing everything they could to ease the situation. Since we spent most of those three days there, that level of care truly meant a lot. They also helped where they could with costs, which we deeply appreciated during an already stressful time. Amazing service by these guys. I purchased a 2021 Q7 at an out of state dealership that arrived with much needed repairs that wasn’t disclosed, and Audi Springfield went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and continuously kept me in the loop. I never really had this type of experience before at a car dealership, and relieved I had the opportunity to be a customer with these guys.
