# Summary The dealership receives polarized feedback, with some customers praising exceptional service experiences and staff members like Stephanie Milot and Eli, while others report significant frustrations including poor communication, lack of follow-up on service requests, vehicles returned in incomplete condition, and inconsistent service quality compared to competing dealerships. Common complaints center on unresponsive service advisors, long wait times, unexpected fees, and inadequate explanations of recommended repairs.
Dealing with Audi St Laurent has been a pleasure a true notch above anything else I’ve experienced in the Car business this photos are of my vehicle after service! 😊 My service advisor Stephanie Milot is unbelievable it’s like taking your car to a spa! Highly recommend this dealership! Mike
I brought my Audi to Audi St-Laurent on Tuesday afternoon for a “Side Assist Malfunction” issue. The next morning, I only received a text message informing me that the diagnostic fee would be approximately $230. After that, there was no communication. I called multiple times and was unable to speak with the service advisor responsible for my file. No one contacted me to provide an update or even let me know whether my vehicle would be ready. On Thursday before noon, I received a text message with a video listing several recommended repairs totaling thousands of dollars. However, there were no instructions, no explanation of the next steps, and no follow-up call. I spent the rest of the day trying to reach someone by phone and text message, but received no response. After two full days without my vehicle and without any meaningful communication, I finally received a call on Friday after repeated attempts to contact the dealership. I was told that the work order had been closed, that no repairs had been performed, and that I could come pick up my vehicle after paying approximately $280 for the diagnosis. What disappointed me the most was what I discovered after bringing the vehicle home. When I opened the trunk, I found that an interior side panel had been left open and wiring related to the camera system, parking sensors, and blind spot monitoring system was exposed and not properly reassembled. The vehicle was returned to me in this condition despite charging me for the diagnostic inspection. Now I have to take more time out of my schedule to return to the dealership so they can put everything back together properly. I brought the car in for a diagnosis and expected it to be returned in the same condition, not with exposed wiring and unfinished work. I understand that not every issue can be repaired immediately, and I have no problem paying for professional diagnostics. My concern is the lack of communication, the difficulty reaching anyone for updates, and the fact that my vehicle was returned partially disassembled. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the service department.
From the time we drove our Audi out of the dealership there was never a happy moment. Specifically, their service. We drove our car out day 1 and the check engine light was on. They said they would look at it in 2 weeks. That should have been indicative of what happened since. Every service was a hassle. In addition, we thought we bought the best package to find out there was no adaptive cruise. When we questioned it we were told well that is because it is a German car. Our son has a Volkswagen and his had adaptive cruise. When you bring your car in they inspect it with a fine-tooth comb, which is something no other dealership has done to us. There were other issues, to many to mention. The last being after waiting 3 hours to switch to winter tires, which in and of itself is annoying, they said 1 of our tires had a bubble that they had stored, wondering why they did not notice it 6 months before when they took the tires off. Well we purchased the warranty and were told that yes it covered the tire, however the tires were discontinued and we were responsible to purchase 3 new tires. The car was 2 and a half years old at this point. We have dealt with many dealerships in the past. Nothing like this. In comparison our Cadillac dealership is completely the opposite. The check engine light came on and I brought it in and they looked at it and diagnosed it as needing a new radiator. They topped it off, scheduled an appointment as they had to order the part, booked me a loan a car all within 15 minutes. At Gabrielle we were lucky if we saw an adviser within 15 minutes. Absolutely the worst service department we have ever dealt with. If you want good service go elsewhere.
Truly disappointed on the behaviour and carelessness of this dealership, I had chosen the option of drop-off when I left my car there but they had an attitude as if we were demanding something on the spot. Not to mention when I dropped my car off for airbag and horn repair, I wasn’t informed how much time would it take didn’t get a call back after that! I expected top notch customer service if I am paying at the original dealership but they treat customers like peasants! After this never going back to them.
I would like to thank Eli for the good service we received at Audi St Laurent. He made sure the car was perfect for delivery. He is the fastest salesman I have ever seen. Took 10 minutes to make the deal and sign the papers ! Thanks Eli
