Manipulated & scammed I’ve stopped about ~5m$ in sales volume at this location and for good reason.. First thing.. the finance manager scam. I wanted to finance the car to build credit.. I was told the interest rate would be triple what was offered at the banks due to my age and that there was no other option available.. so of course I took it. When I told her my plans to pay off the balance within 3 months, she said “you have to wait at least 6 months otherwise you’re now allowed to pay it off”… I thought, that’s weird but ok.. I later found out they get their sales bonus clawed back if I don’t hold the debt less than 6 months. I was then sold this premium additional warranty.. however when I voiced concern about my car engine not running properly, they said to just rev the engine and didn’t know what my warranty would cover.. In fact, I called and left voicemails, requesting call backs, 5-10 times, asking what my warranty covered … the warranty I paid over 5000$ for….. not a single person was able to tell me what was covered or what I had… thus, I couldn’t use it. The car purchase.. I was sold this used Audi and noticed something hanging behind the bumper after I signed the papers. I was told they would remove it when I came to pick the car up. A week went by, I picked up the car and noticed they cracked the bumper when removing the piece. They said “we’ll replace the bumper for you, we ordered it, it will take a month” I said sure, waiting a month… I said ok, I want it noted and signed on the purchase agreement.. Car looked ok when I drove it home, then noticed the damage more… they plastered bond-o to the bumper, warping the structure. The bumper was also hanging off now. When I called, they said since I drove it home, it’s now my fault.. so I reached out to Christopher Pfaff, who just relayed my inquiry to some other guy at another location.. When I brought up the replacement, they said it didn’t happen because there was no proof… I said, it was noted and signed in the documents, they then confirmed it was their writing but then said something like “he doesn’t work he anymore so it no longer matters”.. This new guy , Brad I think his name was, at the Jane location .. takes my car in to “see what the bumper was hanging off and warped”,, and gives me an A6 to drive for 4 days. He calls me and says the cars ready, when I show up, he goes “the mechanics can’t figure it out, but since your cars older, we’re not giving you a new bumper” So I went home, and with no repairing experience, I took the car apart myself…… I find ….. that the bumper was plastered with bondo from their damage… I then decided to repair the bumper myself, so I removed the paint… I found that the damage was everywhere… the bumper was completely bondo’d and glued together ... It was just the old bumper zip tied back onto my car. Not only did I see the terrible work they did, but once I removed the paint, you’ll see the entire bumper was pieced together with glue.. I then noticed that the headlight bracket which holds up the bumper was completely broken in pieces… I saw the front crash bar, was smashed-in from the previous accident and not repaired or replaced… which I had been driving around with for 2 years now… probably a safety concern - I mentioned this and was told to go fix it myself. So I did.. I ordered and installed a new crash bar, new headlight bracket off eBay , stripped and fixed the bumper, replaced the high pressure fuel pump, timing chain assembly, all front 8 control arms, all in my garage. Since that day. I prevented millions of closed volume - several dozen car purchases at these locations. The best part.. My email to Christopher Pfaff - just relayed to his manager “look into this”…. Then the same Manager I found out, instead of looking into the matter…. didn’t even remove my bumper in the 4 days they had my car…. Instead; they took a flat head screwdriver and attempted to bend the bumper into place, damaging my car further.. Please don’t buy your car at Pfaff lol.

Let me be honest and say that Audi Vaughn is a great car dealership. Through there customer service to their fine car displays. As I was greeted nicely and attended by a great salesman named Domenic Bati, he was a extraordinary gentleman that took his time to go through all the specs, all the details as in the carfax, the car history and anything relevant pertaining the cars. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied, in which I highly respected it. In the end I got what I’ve been looking for which was amazing as I found the car that I’ve been looking all over for at an affordable price with low mileage. All in all I got a 2019 Honda CRV LX with a clean carfax. Furthermore, I am beyond impressed and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking to get a car to come to this establishment. Domenic is a great salesman and I’d highly recommend you guys to allow him to help you out.

not enough room here to put all of what I’ve been through from sales person JOSHUA, used car manager LUCA, so called manager of some type JESSA, highest manager ROB, even the executive assistant to Mr. Pfaff in being Leslie, then even way up to Lithia customer cares centre. I bought an SQ5 drove home. next morning brake light was on the ground and rear wiper not working. Call to get it fixed. Luca calls me in. on my way I discover I was sold a lying, deceiving extended warranty that I was told is exactly like Audi‘s factory warranty. Yet, it only covered a joke $3000 per claim. I’m basically losing my mind. Wasn’t shown this, it was hidden from all the people above and the whole Pfaff entity. So, properly get my vehicle fixed and safetied. I tell LUCA about warranty. He simply states it’s not possible to get a warranty like ours. (More lies) Then a joke, he says, but I got you the highest coverage possible. Bronze tech warranty? Bronze, but isn’t there a silver, gold and or platinum. LUCA Says nope. Then he says, but it’ll cover up to $10,000 per claim. With this amazing vehicle that was serviced here you’ll never have any problem over that amount. I’m mad, but what I do? So, I leave horribly upset, contact all the above. No more help and nobody will answer a phone, call me back, or email me back? One day later on SQ5 the passenger mirror won’t fold out. So, I pay myself to get it fixed (Another safety issue not fixed. Not even a month later. Then engine light keeps coming on. I again call LUCA, he laughs and says oh well you have warranty, it’s probably just coming on, because the safety just got done? “Really, I tell him” He says yes, not to worry. So, I speak with JESSA again, she has the audacity to tell me when I first bought it they had to put lots of money into it to fix it?????? So, they gave me an unfit, un-saftied, vehicle and had to put more money into it after me having it for one day before problems started??????? UNBELIEVABLE!!! After only 3 months, engine light coming on and off. I have to have top end of engine replaced, all pistons, rings, sleeves, etc, plus, plus, plus For almost $13,000!!!!!!! So, I speak with Mr. PFAFFS executive assistant LESLIE, she literally does nothing, passes me off after 2 weeks of doing nothing to Lithia Cares for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do to help, they’ve spent to much helping me??????? LUCA, did nothing, but literally laugh at me on phone. JESSA, did nothing, but tell me they put so much money into it????? (Yes, to properly safety an unfit vehicle) I should have brought it to MTO, but now I will still contact them. So, I went to the highest level for help and their all doing nothing. Stay away from this unsafe, unfit, lying, deceiving, unbelievably disgusting deal in Audi Vaughan, Audi Vaughan used cars and Pfaff as a whole. They’ll probably write under here that they really take this stuff serious and to call JESSA, but already did that and all the above still happened and they still disgustingly did nothing. As a single Father, this dealership and all people involved have really broke my little girl and I and now I can’t barely do anything for my little girls birthday today. GREAT JOB ALL THE ABOVE… Also, notice how almost all 5 star reviews say similar things, but the 1 star say the truth? Can we say fake review generator for Audi Vaughan???

The best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car. Perry Goodman (who I highly recommend) is very genuine, honest and approachable. He made my experience of buying my new car incredibly easy and simple with zero hassle. Great prices, friendly staff, reliable vehicles. What else can you ask for when buying used. I will absolutely recommend Pfaff used Audi and of course, Perry. 10/10.

Amazing customer service, best thing that I found was the peace of mind that comes along with the assured vehicles from Audi. Even the second hand ones are pretty amazing in terms of quality. Had a great experience in catching up with the staff. Got a 2017 Mercedes for a friend at the lowest rate possible and having the best customer service. Keep the good work up guys 😉
