I had a great experience with the service department. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist welcomed me with a nice smile and made the check-in and check-out process very fast and smooth. A special thank you to Romi, who was very helpful and took the time to explain the whole process clearly. I also really appreciate my service advisor, Andy, who went over all the costs and pricing in detail. He explained everything thoroughly and handled the service very quickly and efficiently. Overall, excellent customer service and a very smooth experience. Highly recommended!

As an avid Audi fan, and many other marques, I truly appreciate excellent service for these excellent cars. I’m not affiliated with the dealer but have been many times, have solved some problems and each time came away with car perfected! Long live the S8 D4. Shaun Hedrick is an excellent dude and super knowledgeable. Great service and amazing engineering is the key, but personal, pro service are what make it special.

I had a great experience with the Service Dept., my Service Advisor Ajun (Aj) Kathir is very knowledgeable and professional, he took the time to explain and went over The Audi Care Plan Agreement and what are the advantages of taking it. He even send me a video while the technician is working on my vehicle, which is really nice. He even booked my Uber home and back to the dealer. Overall, excellent customer service. Thank you

A Sincere Thank You to Shaun Hedrick I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent experience at Audi Vaughan. I’ve owned seven new BMWs and Mercedes-Benzes over the years, and last November, I decided to pick up my first Audi S5. Unfortunately, the car’s quality fell short of my expectations—from electronic glitches with CarPlay and the key fob to an annoying buzzing in the A-pillar speaker. That being said, Shaun Hedrick completely changed my perspective on the dealership experience. Since December, Shaun has gone above and beyond to handle every repair and headache I faced. It took until February to get everything sorted, but his dedication and reliability never wavered. Shaun is a great man and a professional you can trust. Even though the car's quality let me down, Shaun’s service made it worth it. Audi Vaughan is lucky to have him.
