⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recently purchased a used vehicle from Audi Victoria. My salesperson, Ali, was professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was always willing to answer my questions and help whenever needed. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking to purchase an Audi or a used vehicle. Sean was also extremely helpful during delivery. He took the time to help me set up the Audi app and showed me several features of the car that I didn’t even know existed. His patience and knowledge made the delivery experience much better. Overall, I am very happy with the vehicle and the purchase process. Ali and Sean both provided excellent customer service and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The only disappointing part of my experience was with the insurance representative from HUB Insurance, which operates independently from Audi Victoria. Coverage options and deductibles were not properly discussed before being added to the policy. However, this was not related to Audi Victoria or its staff. Aside from that, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Audi Victoria. Thank you Ali and Sean for the excellent service.
