I just purchased a pre-owned 2023 Mazda from AVB, and wanted to share that it was the easiest car purchase I've made from any Dealership I've dealt with. I'm 64, and this is the 6th time in my life I have. The only prior time being when I was actually working in sales at another local franchised Dealership in my prior career. I want to single out Elijah Griffaw, my sales associate, and the Manager I dealt with, Marquis. They made every accommodation I could have asked for, including making arrangements to pick me up to get my new vehicle, and picking up my trade that I wasn't comfortable making the 50 minute drive from Williamsburg with. The car I selected online through Cargurus was exactly as pictured and described, and the price was rated a good buy on every used car value site I researched. Furthermore, the entire team there are a credit to the organization and everyone I met was very polite, professional, and cordial. 5 Stars! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I worked remotely with Tyler Oechsner and he did an amazing job! His communication was top notch and clear. Once I arrived in person everything was quick and smooth! I bought a Lincoln Aviator that someone apparently traded in and I got an amazing price. I am very happy all around with Audi Virginia Beach and especially Tyler!
