Bought a certified pre-owned car from Ryan Klass. The car had aftermarket wind visors on the windows that were installed incorrectly from the previous owner. I called Ryan and he talked to the service department and said he couldn't help me. So, I then took my car to Sendell Subaru in Greensburg and they said a certified pre-owned vehicle shouldn't have been sold with the windows in the shape they were in. I called Ryan back and told him this and he got it in for service this time. I was very clear telling the person I left the car with and the service department that all 4 windows were not right. I get the car back today and only one window is fixed. They also scratched the tinted window they did fix (front driver) and didnt tell me. So now I still have 3 windows that aren't right and dont even close the way they should. The passenger side visor is visibly about to fall out of the window track and apparently im supposed to be ok with it. Extremely unhappy with this interaction. And now im left to deal with it, because according to their service department the visors were installed correctly. But I did my research and watched an installation video on YouTube for the specific model of my car and there is no way they are installed correctly. Weather tech visors should be installed on the inside of the track to prevent damage so when they are removed they don't mess up the windows safety track and these are clearly installed on the outside. I called weather tech to confirm this and the service department thinks otherwise. The service department told me if they are REMOVED they will mess up the seals, but the seals are already warped (because they were installed incorrectly).
Hi all I recently took my car into my local Audi dealer. After declining a wash on two separate occasions, they wash it anyway. When I left the dealer and I could tell the car was washed but I didn’t think anything of it. This morning in the sunshine I see my car for the first time and it’s butchered. Residue all over the car, tires and wheels. Not to mention the scratches. The paint was in excellent condition as I ceramic coated it and completed a full correction earlier this spring. I contacted the service manager and he offered to rewash it. Are you insane? I’m not sure what action to take but this is truly unacceptable. The Service Manager is a former colleague of mine and I know for a fact that his vehicle would never touch that wash bay. To offer to rewash it is incredibly disingenuous, it felt like a slap to the face. I am not sure what favorable outcome I can get but I really would not want this to happen to someone else. I take great care of my car and it does not feel like this dealership has the same values in mind. I will not be bringing this back for them to fix. I am requesting they pay for this to be fixed professionally
I am a long-term customer at Audi Washington and I have to say I am very disappointed in my most recent visit. They said I need to replace the water pump and entire vacuum setup. It was described as “wear and tear” but this is a major problem for a lot of Audi’s. There is a major class action lawsuit going on currently with this issue. Audi issued a Technical Service Bulletin around this issue. Knowing that this is a severe safety issue and that this is a defect in their design…why doesn’t Audi do the right thing and pay for the fix?? When you buy a high-end luxury vehicle you expect better. This is totally unacceptable. I tried to contact Audi and basically they said, sorry not our problem!! I guess it's time to find a new brand of vehicle to drive.
Paul and the team took great care of me. Absolutely recommend them. I bought a 2024 Q7. Needed a few things the #1 Cochran i purchased it at, could not do in servicing it. They did a fantastic job.
From the beginning of the process till the very end, I appreciated the honesty, efficiency and professionalism I received from John at Audi Washington. Everything went smoothly and John worked hard to find the perfect car for me. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
