I recently purchased a certified 2020 Q5 from William Paillé. My experience with William made the whole process painless and honestly far better than experiences I’ve had in the past. He was incredibly patient, honest, and zero-pressure. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had. Once they sell you the car, good luck getting anyone to answer you afterward. I’ve called multiple times, texted representatives repeatedly, followed up over and over, and I either get ignored completely or receive no real help whatsoever. The level of communication and follow-through has been beyond disappointing. For a brand that positions itself as luxury and premium, the after-sale service feels careless and extremely unprofessional. At this point, it honestly feels like the only priority is making the sale and then being done with the customer entirely. No accountability, no urgency, no proper customer care. Very frustrating experience and definitely not what I expected from Audi.

Brought car in after work to wait while the entire crew in the garage finished their 15 minute smoke break before anyone came to the desk. Was supposed to receive an inspection, oil change, tire change. Asked if inspection was done and if there were any issues at pickup, was told that the lady at the front didn’t know how to read it and I would have to wait for someone to confirm. Requested a call back. Received a call back after 3 days of waiting saying everything is fine even though we told them we heard a sound from rear right spring. Upon having a family member look at the spring this weekend, they found it had snapped at one end. Terrible service, incomplete work, and lack of any responsibility to address the issue.
