His method was to know the product intimately, listen carefully, and answer questions clearly. The price he offered was excellent and I saw no need to dicker. The delivery process was also very easy and business manager Bill explained clearly and didn’t push. To finish it off, Kyle gave us an in person tutorial on the controls and setting up the features to suit us. We are off to an excellent start with our Q3

The AUDI Wilmington Service Department has always done an EXCEPTIONAL job on my Audi Q5. I always feel confident leaving my car in their hands. Jason and his team are Audi experts, very professional and always willing to help customers. In March 2026, my Q5 needed extensive repairs. My service adviser Shaun did an amazing job keeping me informed and managing the repairs with expertise. Jason and Shaun went above and beyond, and I am forever grateful. Salesman Kyle was great - he didn’t hover or be pushy. I love my Q7 and look forward to many trips. The only negative I can think of is communication with the service department …. I dropped my vehicle off Sunday afternoon to have it wrapped with expel and also ceramic coating on entire vehicle. I haven’t heard anything and it Tuesday evening. It would be nice to get updates is all I’m saying.

I’m from Virginia and was visiting a friend when I decided to stop by this dealership after seeing an Audi online that caught my eye. I currently own a 2020 Audi A3, which I purchased two years ago in Northern Virginia, and unfortunately that experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had at a dealership. It completely turned me off from wanting to go through the process again—even though I loved my Audi. I originally came in just to look, but I ended up purchasing the vehicle, and I can confidently say this dealership completely turned my experience around. Hands down, this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. Logan, my sales representative, was phenomenal from the moment he greeted me. He was honest, upfront, extremely detail-oriented, and very patient throughout the entire process. His manager, Chris, was also a huge help—he was kind, knowledgeable, and made everything go smoothly. They both took the time to go over every detail and all of my options to help me choose what was truly best for me. On top of that, they are even arranging to have someone pick up my current vehicle at no cost, which truly went above and beyond. I left the dealership incredibly happy and immediately told my family how amazing the experience was. 10/10 dealership. If you’re looking to purchase an Audi, this is absolutely the place to go!

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2026 Audi A5 Premium Plus. I was the purchaser and brought along my husband. Audi Wilmington had the exact car that I wanted and I was able to put a deposit on it quickly and complete the purchase within three days. It was a smooth transaction. They worked with me and did not try to address my husband instead of me. The car is beautiful and drives like a dream and the Brandywine area is a gorgeous path to take my new car home. Additionally, this location does not have salespeople with attitudes characterized by entitlement and condescension, stemming from socioeconomic privilege and gender‑biased beliefs often associated with dealerships in certain areas in and around Philadelphia.
