Just picked up my 2025 SQ5, and so far I am loving it, just wish gas prices would go down! Jor-el (Sales) and Michelle (Service) are great to work with and I look forward to future engagements with the team. Such a gorgeous car, and the Bang & Olufsen stereo is amazing, best one I've ever had, Interior is so nice as well, did I mention massaging seats? :)

The finance team helped get us a competitive rate, as we had visited multiple dealerships in our search, and felt that Audi gave us the best package. This is the third vehicle I’ve leased with Audi Winnipeg. I decided to do an early trade-in of my 2022 Q8 to the 2025 Q5 as I didn’t need such a large vehicle anymore. I liked that many of the new features of the Q5 aligned with what I had in the Q8. And the new “heads-up display” details, touch screens and interior lighting options are 🔥🔥🔥 As always, the ride in an Audi is excellent. The Q5 is not quite as smooth a ride as the Q8 (so dreamy) but I find it has a good zip to it and it’s definitely easier to maneuver through the city (and park!) than the Q8. I thought its smaller size would feel cramped inside, but not at all. Gotta love those concave interior door panels. I have enjoyed my experience at Audi Winnipeg since I bought my first Q8 in 2019. I appreciate that I receive a loyalty interest rate reduction for each vehicle I get through them and that the maintenance is covered in addition to my warranty. This latest vehicle I leased was through Blake at Audi Winnipeg. Blake was fantastic to work with. He answered every question we had and went above and beyond for us. Kind, attentive and keen. I’m very happy with my new ride and the overall experience dealing with Audi.

Never buy a vehicle from Audi Winnipeg. After only ONE week of ownership, the quattro drivetrain/transmission on my 2021 Audi Q5 failed. The vehicle was sold as Audi Certified, “fully inspected,” and I was clearly told the car was in excellent condition. Right before my wedding, the belt snapped, the car completely broke down, and I was stranded with no ability to continue driving. I had to call a tow truck. After that visit, the drivetrain issue was NOT properly fixed, and I had to return to the dealer again. I live in Steinbach, which is about a 160 km round trip every time. In a very short period, I drove about 2,000 km total — nearly 1,000 km of that was just driving back and forth to the dealer because of their unresolved issues. Then, right before Christmas, I was stranded AGAIN on the highway with my family in freezing temperatures. The vehicle went into limp mode, limited to 1,500 RPM, with a message telling me to contact the service department. This is dangerous and completely unacceptable. The dealership failed to properly diagnose and fix a serious recurring drivetrain issue. This experience is absolutely not what anyone should expect when buying a Certified Audi vehicle. If you don’t want to be stranded on the highway with your family in winter, do NOT buy a car here. Terrible service, misleading assurances, and a complete loss of trust.
