Very bad service. The service employee (men) couldn't even smile at me when I came in to get a part for my car. He was rude and i felt like i was disturbing him when it's his job!!! They should fire him, the women was nice though. Now i have a problem with my car, need an estimate , i used the chat option on their website, a dispatch clerk called right after and told me he would ask the service department to call me but nothing, so frustrating. Wanted to encourage a local dealer but I think I'll go in Trois-Rivières instead. My car still not fixed so I decided to change it instead. It was their second chance I was giving to this dealer after being served by that awful men, technical advisor, short men with black hair. I'd rather travel an hour from my house instead of going there which is 5 minutes from my house to avoid being served by that guy!!! No way am I ever going back to this dealer with that guy working there!!

I was forced to leave my de-rated truck there for a week while traveling to vacation in QC. I was informed on Wednesday they wouldn't be able to plug in to it and tell me what was wrong due to being short staffed. Alex the shop manager called me Friday morning to say he personally plugged into my truck and cleared the code. They didn't have the necessary part to repair the job however, Alex's actions allowed me to pick it back up late Friday and get the rig home to the US worry free for repair.

A dealership like we need more of. Understanding. Efficient. Nref, this is the second time I've had my car repaired there and each time I've left very satisfied!!!!
