Philip at Augusta Motors was awesome. I had already picked out the car I wanted online, and applied for financing online. Philip called me and kept me informed every step of the way. There was an issue with the car, which they fixed before I took delivery. Every question I had was answered. Everyone down there was very nice. professional and a pleasure to meet. I look forward to doing another purchase after this one. Highly recommend this crew.

Work people are the most family vibes you can find the workers actually take care of the cars to make sure they’re good and road ready. Extremely flexible when it comes to parts from this or that or even helping get you the best price possible I’ve bought four cars from this same place every single one lasted 10 years plus

Showed up on Friday morning, with no vehicle and only $1000. Worked with Phillip and the other great gentlemen there. Test drove several vehicles, with each time coming back and letting them know any little inconveniences we found. Finally decided on a truck. Before we left and paperwork was done, they even detailed truck and fixed the minor bulb problem we had. These are great people to get a vehicle from. They will work with you and your finances to put you in something you will be happy to drive.

Bought a car from them and it had a minor issue.The next day I asked to bring it back to be fixed.They claimed it was fixed when I picked it up.Later it started doing the same thing and me and my kids were stranded at least 6 times on the side of the road because it wouldnt crank but the lights n radio came on.It eventually crank out the blue I then took it back n he put a starter on there.I picked it up.Next morning stranded again.Took it back, to get fixed.They said they was gonna take it to the real mechanic shop so I'm like ok.That was the first two days.Its been 3 weeks and my car is still sitting up there and haven't been taken no where but you want your car payment.Its Christmas time and Ive called out of work these pass 3 weeks.No gifts for my kids, no transportation BUT, the BOSS said when we fix the car, make sure you have your car payment.Thats so sad how ppl just care about themselves for real.Christmas Eve is tomorrow so they are gonna be closed wed, Thursday probably Friday, the guy who help Try to fix the car😶 dont come in till Tuesday so that means my car will probably be there after the new year.This is by far the worse experience ever.All messages are relayed back instead of you talk to the boss man.One thing about it, God don't play about me and you reap what you sow.Research these places before you just give your money out.
