Austin Subaru

I recently purchased a used 2020 Outback from Austin Subaru and had a great experience. My sales rep was Mia and she was helpful in finding my next car. I was interested in two cars before finding the Outback I purchased, and Mia was great at updating me in a timely manner. Mia was patient and helpful, letting me know when new cars arrived and keeping in mind the specs I shared I was looking for in my next vehicle. My schedule was quite sporadic between personal and a busy work schedule, but she was flexible to work around my availability and never made me feel rushed. The entire process was positive and seamless. I’d also like to thank Levi from the business dept and Casey from service. They were both helpful and kind during my process as well. I needed a ride home during the process and Mia set up a complimentary ride share for me, I really appreciated that service. Went on a Saturday with an appointment. Doug was phenomenal to work with. He was straight forward, zero bs and had a great sense of humor. The dealership had a very pleasant feel to it. Everybody seemed to enjoying themselves and not stressed out. Front desk was pleasant, attentive to my arrival. The men's room was freaking immaculate in the middle of the afternoon on probably the busiest day of the week. Clean bathrooms are my thing. This one was faultless. So, back to Doug (Medford). The car I bought was used, it was a great value, and Doug made sure it was absolutely ready to go for me. He's tech savvy too. Kept me up to date via text and everything! I would like Doug to win the Annual Cruise to Puert Vallarta this year for Top Sales, so please be sure to ask for him. Jokes aside Doug was a real pleasure to work with. 10/10 would buy my next car from him.

Totalled my Honda. New Year 🎉 Day. Happy New Year 🎉!! I live across the street from Austin Subaru, went over and met Hunter Cash, a kind, personable young salesman. He listened to me and I told him my range of costs for a used car. He had a few. When I saw the very Cool Impreza hatchback, I said, "I wanna drive that one!" It handled very responsively. Very enjoyable. My banker helped me shift money around ( I'm retired, limited income). All the finance folks were superb. Calmed my nerves. When they called me to say it's detailed and ready to go, I ran over there! It looks like a brand New Uber inside. Immaculate. I might even start Uber now that I have a gorgeous car! While waiting in the Brake Pad lounge, I asked several folks how the service is after the sales. Every one of them praised the great fast efficient Customer Service, to get you back on the roads again. I'm heading to Albequerque, NM now, then on to California Oregon and Washington state. Vancouver BC, if I can make it! The rear seats fold flat for roomy sleeping. Perfect. Nothing but Huge Thanks & Praise to the great folks at Austin Subaru! ( 2 of my neighbors looked it over and they want one now)

This dealership made buying my new car much easier and far less stressful than any other dealership I've dealt with in the past. Alfonso was extremely helpful and patient. They were able to not only find the right car for me but were able to answer every question I had. There was no pressure to make a purchase but together we able to find the perfect car for me and I have no complaints. I love my new car and will definitely be recommending Austin Subaru to anyone I know that needs a new car. 10/10
