Auto Choice Chevrolet

I purchased my car in 2017 from Auto Choice in Bellaire. It's a 2015 Cadillac. Took my car there on 4/25/25 to get new tires. When we got it home I immediately noticed the damage on all 4 of my wheels. One of the center caps was completely destroyed and fell off and 2 more were cracked. One of my wheels had the chrome peeled back from the rim and cracked in multiple places. My husband called Monday morning to tell them about it. And their response was that my car was old, that it was normal for tires to have corrosion from salt and moisture. However my husband explained that when he dropped my car off all 4 tires were not damaged yet now they are. They said there was nothing they could do. He tried to talk to the owner but he was busy. I stopped after work on Monday to physically show them the damage. Again, I got the same reply...my car is old, the rims are just chrome plated and that GM does't make them anymore. However I got no explanation as to why 3 of my center caps were cracked. The only thing they were willing to replace was the ONE center cap that fell off. I realize my car is a 2015 but does that mean that older cars can't have a simple tire change without damaging the wheels?? And since Auto Choice seems to be so knowledgeable about this particular "old" wheel why didn't they say that this might happen. The damage is very noticeable, yet no one said anything to us when we picked it up. I'm sorry but I am not buying the "your car is just old". All I know is when my car went there, my wheels were fine and when I got it back all 4 wheels are ruined and they refuse to fix or replace them. I would be very cautious in taking any vehicle to Auto Choice for repairs. Nor will anyone in my family ever purchase another car from them.

Very happy with the experience buying a new Chevy Equinox today. The salesperson, Andrew, gave me a very competitive out-the-door price via e-mail. Came in to complete the purchase and things went smoothly. Let us take it for an extended test drive on our own, the price was as expected, and no hard sell on any financing or upgrades. I will definitely keep them in mind when it comes time to buy again in the future. We're from West Virginia, so they sent us across the river to their Moundsville location afterwards to get a free state inspection and sticker.

Friendly staff and great service. Oil change was quick and cheapest in the valley.
