I recently purchased a Lucid Air Pure 2024 from here. I will start by saying it was the best car purchase process I have ever gone through! A huge part of that was how easy David Smith the salesman was to work with! He was super nice and honest. We did FaceTime to look over the car and he showed me a minor scratch that I didn’t even see that they were repairing that day. I flew in the next morning and they even picked me up from the airport. The car was exactly as advertised and the transaction was completed in very short order. None of the BS or silly extra fees I have encountered at other dealers. I would certainly buy a car again from here in the future!

About a month ago I stopped by AC in the Boro to ask about a specific vehicle. They did not have one but Troy showed me a similar car, it just wasn’t what I wanted. No pressure but great follow up and a he was knowledgeable and gave me a lot to think about. 3 weeks later their sister business in Brentwood had almost exactly what I thought I wanted. I called Troy and he set me up with Pele for a test drive. Pele had the car ready and was waiting for me. My wife and I test drove what I thought would be my dream car. Well that didn’t work out either but again no pressure at all. I drove 2 other cars by my own request. Again ZERO PRESSURE. We left for lunch and came back and I asked what they would give “Ball Park” for a trade. 20 min later I had a firm and extremely fair offer. 45 minutes later I drove home in my dream car that was not even on my radar It’s been over a week. Not a single regret. I have had a bunch of great cars and trucks. This was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN ALMOST 60 YEARS. I can’t recommend Pele, Troy and the Auto Collection Family enough.
