I drove from NJ to get my car, as I wanted something specific (3 hour drive). The easiest and kindest transaction I have experienced with a a car dealership. We agreed on everything over the phone. I was a little hesitant as they were NOT pushy at all. (Like the usual dealerships). Totally worth the drive. Thank you Hans and Merle and all the other people I spoke to.

Been looking around for a M550i and found a really nice one and very well priced at Auto Connection. Reached out to them and Hans responded very quickly. I am from TX and was looking for my dream truck an all blacked out GMC SIERRA, but they were way overpriced in my area, so I decided to look out of state and found my truck at Auto Connection through Carvana as they had barely listed it a week before for a too good to be true rate that even now nobody believes I paid what I did for it! I went ahead and emailed them and right away Hans got in contact with me and assisted me the entire time amazingly! Since PA and TX are a day and a half away drive, I could not see the truck in person, so Hans was extremely helpful and send a video of the entire truck and engine when I asked for it and any questions, I had regarding the cars condition and mileage etc. Hans was very patient with my questions and answered all of them and was patient during the loan process as it took a while since it was out of state purchase. Once loan was approved Hans and his team were so nice and helpful when it came to registering it in PA for me and also with the shipping company picking up the truck to deliver to me. Even during the shipping and delivery Hans was very involved and asking for updates to make sure vehicle got delivered to me safely. I never went in person, and they were so helpful and awesome in my purchase I can't imagine in person! I recommend you buy your vehicle from Auto Connection of Lancaster and Hans can make the process smooth and efficient :)
