Miss Karen was so kind in helping me get my first car. She helped me understand the paperwork and was even able to negotiate pricing. Walking is so nice and calm and not overwhelming at all. I would def recommend Diamond Auto Sales in the future! Plus, the neighbors dog is the sweetest baby EVER!!!

Deceptive practices. Purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry. The test drive went well. No lights on the dash at all. So my son decided to purchase the vehicle. 5 days after purchase, the check engine light comes on. Come to find out. The car had several small vacuum leaks. Not oticeable during test drive. And the fuel pump was making a low buzzing sound. Come to find out. The fuel pump was also going bad. Quoted 1600.00 to fix it all. And the coolant reservoir was empty they said. But anyway, for the check engine light to come on so quickly after purchase. I have no choice but to assume the codes where already there before purchase. But someone erased them. So it would stat off just long enough to sell the car. Very Deceptive and dishonest practice. I wouldn't recommend doing business with someone who's so dishonest.

I bought my 2011 used Honda Fit from them, it is a very well-maintained car, with good mileage, and it was at a decent price. I felt respected during the purchasing process, despite having a lot of questions and having odd hours. They are great with communication and following up. The owners were kind about explaining financing options to me, and they were transparent about the pros and cons of each option.

Karen talked me out of putting a car on hold that I was gonna come back for the next morning with a down payment. They sold the car to someone else the very same day. They don't care about their customers. And they do not keep their word. Avoid this place.
